ImageTextToText.net provides a free online OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tool that allows users to:

• Upload images (up to 10 images per batch, 10MB per file) and extract text using AI-powered OCR technology.
• Translate extracted text into multiple languages.
• Format extracted text as Markdown, JSON, CSV, or structured tables.
• Chat with AI about the content of uploaded images.
• Export extracted and processed text in various formats.

3User Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Upload images containing illegal, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content.
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent. The "ImageTextToText.net" name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

6Your Content & Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the text extracted from them. We claim no ownership rights over your content.

6.2 License to Process

By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the OCR, translation, formatting, and AI chat features. This license expires immediately after processing is complete.

6.3 Data Handling

As described in our Privacy Policy, your uploaded images are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored on our servers. Extracted text is available to you during your session and is not retained after you leave the Service.

6.4 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the text you process. You must have the necessary rights to upload and process the images you submit.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.
• OCR results will be 100% accurate or reliable.
• Translation results will be perfectly accurate or contextually appropriate.
• Errors or defects in the Service will be corrected.

You use the Service at your own risk. Always verify extracted text for accuracy before relying on it for important purposes.

8Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageTextToText.net and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from inaccurate OCR or translation results.
• Damages resulting from the loss or corruption of uploaded images or extracted text.
• Any damages arising from your inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service (which, given the Service is free, is zero).

9Indemnification
